Extending Digital Narrative 
Thirty-nine songs, “many brief, some unfinished”, all prompted on 6 March 2024, with every lyric taken from the ReRites paperback. “My conception of what AI-generated music is capable of has shifted substantially.” Set against Sousa’s 1906 attack on recorded music, the piece argues Suno v3 “inhabits a stunning uncanny valley terrain … but grandeur, excitement, and visceral joy may arise.” A postscript records the reversal a day later: “what was once astonishing, now seem to fit within proscribed banal boundaries.”
